Sign Up for the Membership Toolkit!

The Membership Toolkit portal allows you to connect with other Walnut Heights families using the online directory, volunteer for school events, join the PTA and make a donation to our Annual Fund.

The Membership Toolkit replaces the InfoSnap collection of family data, so it is important that all families provide their information here. Collection of this data will ensure you are added to our weekly E-News list, which is sent out every Wednesday.

You can access the Toolkit here: https://walnutheightspta.membershiptoolkit.com/home

There is also a Membership Toolkit app for use on your smartphone. Just search for "Membership Toolkit" in the App store.

A special thank you to Fast Frames in Lafayette for donating matte boards for the 2017-2018 Reflections program.

Their donation creates a beautiful finish for our students’ Visual Art and Photography masterpieces--please stop by their store to thank them for generously supporting Walnut Heights and our children's creativity.

All students must fill out a Parent’s Approval, Student, Family, and Participant Waiver form BEFORE classes begin (this is a new ASE policy). Download the waiver and return it to the ASE drawer in the office. The waiver is also available in the office. One form can be used per family but the form must list all kids and all after school programs he/she/they are attending.
